shipping // my current dispatch time is 1-2 weeks after receiving your order. i work full time as well as running my business so please be patient! if you need your package more urgently, please get in touch and i'll try my best to accommodate. thank you ♡

shipping to the uk takes up to seven days from the date of dispatch and internationally can take two to four weeks, potentially longer if there are postal strikes.

custom orders // please contact me on twitter at @lunafaeart or via the contact page on my site in order to discuss a custom order! 

refunds // as per uk law, refunds are offered if you feel the item is not as described, as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your package. you will then have another 14 days to return the package in the same condition. refunds are not offered if you have damaged the item in any way.

lost packages // if your package is lost or damaged by the postal service, contact me via twitter @lunafaeart or via the contact page on my site and we can work something out! refunds/replacements are not guaranteed.

wrong address // if you provide me with the wrong address and your order gets shipped back to me, you must pay for it to be re-shipped. if it does not get shipped back to me, it is out of my control and i cannot offer a refund or exchange.
